This is looking towards the front of the Alter Dom. It was the cathedral church of the diocese of Linz from 1785-1909 and is quite ornate. The marble high altar is by Colomba and Barberini with a picture by Antonio Bellucci. It is truly an inspiring place to be.

i am so so jealous that you can put pictures of your instrument on your blog! this would be a little more difficult for me, as i don't believe my professors would be very keen on being scoped so i could put their vocal chords on my website. phoo! ;)
These are really great shots. The organs are beautiful and the outdoor pics are even more so. It's good to see you're enjoying yourself - then again, it's Europe!
