I wonder if the artist thought about what effect the snow would have on this sculpture? I think it really accentuates it. Speaking of snow, it has been snowing everyday for the last 4 days and it's just beautiful! Tonight the biggest flakes were falling, some of them had to have had a diameter of 2 inches! Just lovely. I'll take snow over rain any day!

You know, I used to feel the same way, because the snow is so darn purty. However, the daily snow fall makes such conditions that for the last 2 months i have not been able to run! Shoveling sidewalks is unheard of here- they just throw sand down on the snow, it melts, freezes, accumulates, until now there is 6 cm of a slippery, soupy build up that makes walking a challenge, let alone any running. In short, it's pretty, but I've had enough!
